Are you a philosopher, anthropologist, sociologist… or an advanced student in any of these fields?

Would you like to work together with other professionals towards developing a conceptual and theoretical framework around the psychedelic experience, and doing so contribute to shaping a culture of consciousness or Bewusstseinskultur?

The Philosophy Professionals Section is the space for MIND members to jointly advance the development and promotion of psychedelic philosophy. Through our monthly meetups, you will have the chance to discuss articles and ideas and develop common projects, like co-written articles, with other professionals in and beyond your field

We aim at fostering the interaction between philosophers of various specialties (philosophy of mind, epistemology, ethics, political philosophy) as well as researchers from other human and society-related disciplines, in order to form a transdisciplinary network which brings a holistic perspective on the questions non-ordinary states of consciousness pose for individuals and societies.

The outcomes of this Professional Section shall ultimately be shared with both academics and the broader public, via the MIND Academy platforms, as well as external ones, like academic journals, talks and conferences, like our INSIGHT conference 2021.
The Philosophy Professional Section will occasionally receive the support and guidance from eminent researchers belonging to the MIND Scientific Advisory Board.
