Microdosing psychedelics: creativity and mental health
Over the past decade there has been renewed interest in clinical research on psychedelics for the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. Coinciding with this, there has been growing media interest in “microdosing,” a practice in which people routinely take small doses of psychedelics as a self-managed therapy to improve their mental health, or as a cognitive biohack to improve workplace performance. Research evidence on microdosing is currently limited, but a small number of studies are underway.
The MIND Foundation invites you to hear Dr. Toby Lea present the findings from his recent international survey of microdosing for the second time ever (the first was his MIND Foundation talk on March 12th in Berlin). Come to this presentation to learn more about this growing trend and what it could mean for the future of mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Also discuss with us the downfalls and restrictions of micro- and mini-dosing.

The Forum Bewusstseinskultur strives for connecting science and culture. We seek to establish an evidence-based culture of consciousness.
