Psychedelic Experience Survey

Have you ever taken LSD, psilocybin (e.g. “magic mushrooms”), mescaline (e.g. peyote cactus), or ayahuasca?

Then take part in our anonymous online survey!

The survey´s purpose is to improve our understanding of the acute and longer-term effects of psychedelics. These effects can be positive in some cases, but rather negative in others, depending on a multitude of factors. With your participation, you can help us to better understand the diversity of psychedelic experiences and their impact on the human mind.

As a participant in this survey, you will be asked to answer some questions referring to one specific psychedelic experience that you have had at some point in your lifetime. If you have already had several psychedelic experiences, you may choose one that you would like to tell us about. You may decide for yourself whether you want to choose a more positive or a more negative experience.

It takes approximately 25 minutes to complete the survey.

Your participation is anonymous. The secure survey server is hosted at Technische Universität Dresden (Germany). To get to the survey, please click the link below.
