MIND Foundation:
Breathwork Study

Dear Breathworker,

Thank you for your interest in the MIND Foundation’s third breathwork study!

The study is meant to deepen our scientific understanding of how breathwork brings about personal change –biologically and psychologically. Answering these questions will give us the first real scientific look at how basic biological processes like cortisol interact with harder-to-grasp factors like music, intention and setting to create the experiences evoked by breathwork.

It will take place on 11.11.2022 in the style of Connective Breathwork OR on 12.11.2022 in the style of Holotropic Breathwork.

Participants must be between 18 and 60 years old, fluent in English (Level C1) and have a minimum experience of 5 immersive Breathwork sessions.

To be part of the Connective Breathwork session, click here for detailed information and just send us an email: [email protected].
To be part of the Holotropic Breathwork session, click here for detailed information and just send us an email: [email protected].
