Samuli Kangaslampi is a licensed clinical psychologist and Ph.D. in Psychology from Finland. His doctoral research focused on the mechanisms of change involved in psychological treatment of posttraumatic stress symptoms. He has also published on posttraumatic stress symptomatology among refugees and war-exposed people, traumatic and other autobiographical memories, infant and adolescent mental health, as well as mystical-type experiences occasioned by psychedelic use.

Dr. Kangaslampi currently works as university teacher and postdoctoral researcher at Tampere University, Finland. He is a board member of the Finnish Psychotrauma Society and current chairperson of the Finnish Association for Psychedelic Research.
