During her studies in psychology, she learned that current therapeutic and pharmacological interventions are not sufficient for many people. When researching new approaches in regard to mental health treatments, she came across psychedelics and realized that there might be a lot of therapeutic potential. At Maastricht University, she gained the opportunity to work on psychedelic research projects which helped her to develop an even stronger interest in this field. She also learned that there is still a lot of work to do in order to ensure a safe therapeutic application of psychedelics and is excited to further contribute to this development at the MIND Foundation. At MIND, she will help with social media, communications and marketing.
