Academic background: B.Sc. Industrial Biotechnology. During my bachelor thesis at the Technische Universität in Hamburg, I focused on the characterization of L929 mouse fibroblasts in microcarriers and the mathematical modeling of this culturing process by using MATLAB, in order to develop suitable and efficient cultivation of human mesenchymal stem cells.

Target language: German

Short bio: Bachelor‘s degree in Industrial Biotechnology at the Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe in Lemgo (Germany) and recently started with my master studies in Biotechnology at the Berliner Hochschule für Technik in Berlin. Next to my study, I am working in a diagnostic company near Berlin in the R&D department for ELISA assay optimization.

Why do you support the BTG? Although the scientific context of the MIND Foundation is not really part of my master studies I am very interested in it and I think that their work should be more supported as well as the psychedelic research in general! With my work as a translator, I want to help the BTG to overcome language barriers and create more awareness for the therapeutic use of psychedelics.
