David Dupuis, PhD, is a Social Anthropologist and a Clinical Psychologist. He is a research fellow in the Laboratory of Social Anthropology at the College de France, Paris, and member of the Hearing the Voice program at the University of Durham. Based on fieldwork he conducted in Latin America and Europe over the past decade, his work focuses on contemporary recharacterizations of psychedelic substance uses and the comparative study of the relationship between hallucinations and cultures.
