Mira Czutka has recently joined the MIND team as a co-Facilitator of the BEYOND EXPERIENCE workshops. She has a degree as engineer and a Master degree in Spiritual Theology. Mira is experienced in a variety of organizational and individual development methods, such as transactional analysis, systemic and constellation work, psychodynamic team supervision and group dynamics.  

She worked for more than 25 years in international organizations in different roles. She founded and led the Diversity Initiative of the European branch of an American based international enterprise for more than 10 years. 

Mira is an Iyengar and Yin Yoga teacher, a spiritual coach and author. She offers seminars in Positive Psychology and Meditation as well as personal development workshops in international companies. She was trained in Social Presencing Theatre by Arawana Hayashi. 

Since very young she was keen to learn about non-ordinary states of consciousness and how to gradually release oneself from the entanglement of one’s own life. She has been practicing Zen Buddhism since 1992.
