Aglaia Kindermann is a coach, trainer, moderator, and BEYOND EXPERIENCE facilitator for the MIND Foundation. She is a specialist in love, sexuality, and relationships and has completed an intensive training at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality with Layla Martin. She is also a certified business trainer and change management consultant and advises on both personal and organizational transformation processes. 

After studying political science, intercultural communication, economics, and sinology at the University of Munich and in Guadalajara in Mexico, she worked for ten years as a consultant in the Sino-German development cooperation as well as an event manager. She had the chance to work with people from many different parts of the world, which now helps her a lot in her work as a coach. 

Aglaia grew up in Germany with parents from Taiwan and Austria and was conscious of the different perceptions and interpretations of reality from an early age. She speaks five languages ​​and has a particular interest in indigenous cultures around the world.
