Christoph Bublitz is a legal scholar at the University of Hamburg and currently the Principal Investigator of a research project on legal and ethical aspects of the psychedelics renaissance. He is co-founder of the Palgrave series on Law, Neuroscience, and Human Behavior and an associate editors of the journal Neuroethics. His research interests lie at the intersection of Law, Philosophy, Psychology, and Neuroscience. One area of particular interest is the legal regulation of the human mind and its technological hybridisation. He has written extensively on human rights pertaining to the mind, especially the right freedom of thought, about which he is currently writing a monograph. His latest english publication is the edited volume Law and Ethics of Freedom of Thought: Neuroscience, Autonomy, and Individual Rights (2022).
