Max joined MIND as the INSIGHT Project Manager in July 2023, overseeing the successful planning and delivery of the INSIGHT Conference 2023. He has since moved into a Strategy & Operations role at the company.
Max graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts and Science, Majoring in Philosophy. Max then spent almost three years working for atai Life Sciences, a mental health biopharmaceutical company, joining the company when it was private and contributing towards its successful public offering on the NASDAQ in 2021. Max’s role was cross-functional, ranging from communications to business development, and then was a key contributor to the formation and operations of atai’s philanthropic arm, atai Impact. Before that, Max gained experience at an investment bank and a consumer policy group as a research associate.
Together with MIND Foundation, Max hopes to continue contributing to the successful implementation and understanding of these therapeutic modalities, in the hope of cultivating a healthier and happier world.
