It’s about the journey, not just the destination. Footsteps focuses on the choices we make daily, leading to transformative growth. This 6-session online immersion sheds light on your psychedelic experience, presenting integration as a holistic life practice. Dive into the ebb and flow of personal growth, capturing the harmony of life’s tune.

Course Flow

Join us on Mondays (7-8:30 PM CET/CEST) for live sessions and Sundays (6-7:30 PM CET/CEST) for peer group chats over six enriching weeks. We’re flexible with peer meetups, tailoring them to fit participant schedules. Dedicate about 3 hours weekly and unlock transformative insights. Access all materials anytime on the MIND Community Platform (MCP) – learn your way, even if you miss one live session, all live sessions are recorded.
