MIND Foundation:

Breathwork Study

Dear Breathworker,

Thank you for your interest in the MIND Foundation’s second breathwork study!

The study is meant to deepen our scientific understanding of how breathwork brings about personal change –biologically and psychologically. Answering these questions will give us the first real scientific look at how basic biological processes like cortisol interact with harder to grasp factors like music, intention and setting to create the experiences evoked by breathwork.

It will take place 22.05.2022 in the style of Connective Breathwork.

Participants must be between 18 and 60 years old and be fluent in English and German.

For detailed information, please click here for the invitation letter.
